What’s my name?
Not so fast :) . I used to blog using my real name, but switched to The Randomizer for many reasons – mostly to be frank on the internet and state my opinion without having to be worried about my boss reading my thoughts. I often write about religion, politics, philosophy, and I am liberal with my WTFs. I do not need this creative freedom to be curbed by my real world obligations. What you see on this site, is pretty close to how one would find me to be in real life.

Most of my schooling was in India… and a little bit in Saudi Arabia.
BE in Computer Science/Engg – from Manipal Institute of Technology
MS in Computer Science – from Texas A&M

I’m 25 as of now. Male, living in Houston, TX, USA . I’m a citizen of India.
Political / Religious leanings
I tend to have overall libertarian leanings … I was raised Roman Catholic, however – I could be called a Bright for all practical purposes.
Interests
Like the name suggests, this blog is a mish-mash of everything I’m interested in – politics, current events, opinions, philosophy, religion, science, retrospection, introspection, music, art, debate and so on. Since I’m Indian, you will find issues regarding race in the US, the diaspora, Indian events, and many other such posts relating to my home land. I love engaging in discussion, and am always eager to read comments, however few they are.

Actually, I have no problem with someone who comes to this site and *then* figures out who I am :). In fact, I was even considering giving an outright link to my facebook / orkut page. The only privacy I’d like is the one in the other direction, i.e. anyone who knows my name getting to read this blog.
