Winds of Change

Filed under: Politics — Randomizer @ 4:51 pm

A very important day for American and world history, with the Democrats having taken a majority in the House of Representatives and the GOP losing a lot of it’s control in the government. The American voter has spoken, it seems, and he has voiced for a change.

It will be very interesting to see the future of this government – it’s changes to International policy, what exactly it’s Plan of action for Iraq is, and how this will change the whole effort on Terrorism. I wish the Dems good luck with the crisis they have inherited, and hope to see more peaceful days in future.

  1. it’s pitiful how small of a margin the democrats won by, though..

it’s interesting to think about the dynamics of polling too.. voter turnouts are very poor for these elections, so the only reason you vote is if there’s something you feel strongly about… or if you feel that voters who feel the opposite way will turn up..

i wonder what the results would be if every single person voted!

  2. Even if all voters voted, I think the Democrats would’ve won. Though again, by a small margin.
